Mediation

Through the mediation process parties can resolve the issues resulting from the breakdown of their relationship in ways that more broadly meet their needs and goals, as compared to the more restrictive outcomes that are available to them through the family court system. Using her training through the Osgoode Hall Law School Dispute Resolution Master of Laws, Samantha helps parties, with or without counsel, to come to a resolution in a fair, balanced and unbiased manner.
